used to be in there all the time as a young un to see bands like the rejects, kidz next door, the 4 skins etc was a great venue specially when it was packed to the rafters, which it usually was. and because of the respect the murphy's had, there was hardly any ag in there

Used to see a bird from Forty Acre Lane in the 90's, other side of the A13 from The Beckton Arms, her old man used to tell me what it was like and the bands that were there, daft thing is, I'm old enough to have gone, but spent my time then posing at the Green Gate in E11 with me pink shirt and Lyle & Scott jumpers to impress the birds Oh dear Lol

The Bridge was to Oi what the Roxy was to Punk. Any idea what Glen Murphy is doing these days.Remember the Murphy's were all boxers hence no ag in there. Had some great nights at the Bridge and like Bumead i saw the Rejects.4 Skins also saw the Dammed. Wernt there a sign on the main door that said "No Mill wall flag will be raised in here"
